Jack and Jean's Visit
Clifford (Jack) and Jean Smith came to visit for two wonderful days. A time of fun and fellowship with family. Jack is Carol's first cousin. Jack and Jean live in Alexandria, VA and was on a tour of Arizona and California to visit family and acquaintances. Arriving at our home on Friday evening, April 8, 2005 and a fantastic home cooked meal, on Saturday we set out to Sequoia National Park to visit the Sequoia Grant Grove. Little did we realize that we would encounter snow. We didn't see the trees, but enjoyed the snow and one another's company, catching up on each other's family affairs. Sunday morning after a hearty breakfast at Mimi's Cafe, Jack and Jean left for San Francisco.
